***We are currently screening participants for Monarch Group for Black Female Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse and CBT for Social Anxiety Group.***

As a clinical therapist, author, educator and supervisor, I have seen how important comfort and connection are to the therapeutic process. Feeling judged, misunderstood, marginalized and minimized are themes that, if present, will impede progress. Bringing this awareness into each session, along with 20+ years of experience and extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Sex Therapy, informs the way our clinicians approach therapy and the privilege of supporting you.

We truly value the work we do at this practice and the courage and willingness it takes for our clients to engage in self-exploration. Therefore, we make every effort to honor this process and create a safe, non-judgemental, comfortable and supportive space where our clients can begin to feel empowered and gain more control over their life struggles. Our practice also makes room for you to talk about the often unexplored areas of your life like sex, money, race/ethnicity and politics making it a more holistic experience. We offer culturally responsive, affordable, thoughtful and sensitive care to individuals, couples and groups.

Using mindful presence and a clinically skillful approach is central to the work that we do. Expressing the empathy and compassion we feel for our clients is essential to building a genuine therapeutic relationship that develops through collaboration to achieve goals. A real connection is the foundation of the work we will do with you so you can live your best life!
