Message to My Sistas
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the many challenges you face in your life? Do you want to improve your self-esteem, identity, and relationships? If so, you are not alone. Many Black women face these issues, and I am here to support you. I work with people from all walks of life, with a special passion for helping those who are biracial or multiracial and those exploring their sexual and gender identity. I also assist people in coping with change and transition and developing healthy relationships through effective communication and positive self-esteem.
As a queer, biracial (Black/White), feminist multicultural psychologist, I value diversity, equity, and social justice. I believe in considering the social context of each person, as our environment, culture, and social position shape our strengths and challenges. My integrative approach combines humanistic, dynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and multicultural feminist perspectives to foster positive coping and resilience.
I would love to hear from you and learn more about your story. Please contact me to schedule a free consultation with our admin team. I look forward to working with you! 😊
