My name is Cassandra Rowe, but my clients have nicknamed me “The Boundaries Therapist”! I’ve been blessed to be a helping professional my entire career! I’ve served a broad spectrum of individuals including students, children in the foster care, professional women, families in crisis and teens involved in juvenile justice system. As a seasoned therapist with over 20 years experience, I’ve learned that most challenges can be attributed to a problem related to boundaries.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy in order to meet clients right where they are. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Therapy techniques, we will affirm your truth, stretch your perspective and inspire you to live your best life! I am also a NeurOptimal(R) Neurofeedback trainer. NeurOptimal(R) is an advanced neuro-technology that offers training to the brain, enabling it to function at its best. I provide this wellness product to my clients in addition to traditional counseling services.
