Individual and Couples Therapist
Specialties: Depression, Anxiety, Couples therapy, Perfectionism, Trauma, Romantic difficulties, Self-Esteem, Race Related Stress, and LGBTQ Affirming therapy.

I empathize with anyone attempting to reach out for support. It can be one of the hardest endeavors we will ever do. For some of us, caring for others has become so important we forget ourselves. While others decide not to reach out due to fear of disappointment. Stigma or fear of what asking for help means can be yet another barrier to seeking support. Overcoming any of these or countless other blockages to seeking support through therapy is admirable. It is a sign of the hope and willingness in you that lies beneath everything else. I admire anyone who is willing to tap into that part of themselves, if even for a moment.

My approach to therapy is relational and eclectic. This means, paramount to our work together is the creation of a safe, nonjudgmental, and respectful environment where all parts of you are welcome. Eclecticism simply means, I will tailor our work to you. Our work will be an exploration of the path and patterns that have brought you to where you find yourself today. This work will assist you with discovering where you want to go next and provide you with the strength to experiment with creating the life you ultimately want.
