Are you a parent of a child/adolescent/young adult who is facing significant challenges? If so, allow me to assist you with improving your overall quality of life for yourself and/or those you love.
My areas of interest include self-esteem, anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, school-related challenges, life transitions and adjustments, and non-suicidal self-injury.
My therapy approach is person-centered and solution-focused. I believe that it is important to meet you where you are in order to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship. It is not until that trust is established that the true work can begin. I welcome the opportunity to help you on your journey to a state of lasting happiness no matter your circumstances.
