My goal as your trauma informed, somatic therapist is to help promote a deeper mind-body connection toward wellness and to promote behavioral transformations that help you manifest a life that’s aligned with your core values.
I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I am a certified Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method Teacher (TCYMT), a 200-hr registered Hatha, and trauma conscious Yoga Teacher, and 300 hr international trained yoga teacher in the Kaiut method. Together with somatic and movement practice, and other behavioral modalities I can hold space to help you identify healthier ways of coping and connecting with mind, heart and body.
