Description
You don’t have to carry it all alone.
You’ve been holding it together for so long showing up for everyone, keeping it all afloat, but deep down, it’s exhausting. Maybe you’re always in your head, second-guessing yourself, wondering if you’ve done enough, or feeling like you have to earn rest, kindness, or even peace. You’ve learned how to look okay, even when you’re overwhelmed, tired, or quietly shrinking inside.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I work with young women of color, often the ones who are always there for everyone else, but struggle to show up for themselves without guilt. Many of my clients grew up feeling like they had to be strong, put others first, and prove themselves just to feel worthy.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or have it all figured out. We’ll move at your pace, gently untangling the pressure, the expectations, and the old stories you’ve carried. Over time, you’ll begin to feel more connected to yourself and learning how to show up for you, not just everyone else.
You deserve a space to feel safe, seen, and supported. Come as you are. The messy thoughts, big feelings, all of it. I’ve got the space and the snacks (metaphorically, but still).
