Hello my name is Carolyne,
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I have been in the healthcare field for 16+ years, working with clients in various areas, including skilled nursing facilities, home care, hospice, inpatient psychiatric care, and recently transitioned to outpatient psychiatric care. I have primarily worked with clients who have suffered from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, adjustment disorder, mood disorders, among many more mental health challenges. In retrospect, I have worked with a wide range of mental health issues and a wide range of client populations from ages 14 and upwards.
