Shalom Mental Health & Wellness is dedicated to providing the best clinical care for those suffering from physical and emotional conditions, with a particular focus on mental health, psychiatric conditions and co-occurring disorders. Dr. Wilkinson is an enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented Board Certified DNP/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is willing and able am to tackle all challenges with optimism and passion. In the clinical setting, she is well versed in the areas of Psychiatric Mental Health and Substance abuse Disorders. She treats children and adults (from age 10 years old and up).

My practice provides state of the art treatment for individuals who have been fighting with mental health problems with or without substance-abuse and social issues to achieve recovery for life. Psychological, physical and spiritual dimensions all play a role in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Disorder. Our core purpose is to ease the pain of individuals and families by restoring hope, health, spirituality, and relationships.”
