True Freedom Consulting is a telepsychology practice. I enjoy helping people make changes to live their best life which can be a freeing experience. I specialize in health psychology, particularly women's issues. I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting issues, chronic illness, pain, grief/loss and other concerns.
