Together, we’ll create a safe, calming space where you can work through emotional roadblocks, life transitions, and past traumas. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, postpartum, couples, ADHD, and general mental health. In addition to my clinical work, I hold teaching positions at Columbia University's School of Social Work and Syracuse University.
