You are taking an important and courageous first step! A step that you may not have considered in the past due to the stigma of therapy or the lack of a therapist that understands the uniqueness of you. I want to acknowledge your bravery and walk with you in your journey. I will provide a nonjudgmental space to process current and past experiences that may be prohibiting you from living the life you envision. We will work together to identify, tolerate or remove barriers necessary to discovering your inner happiness.
I also have a intense passion for strengthening relationships, most importantly, black love. I provide pre-marital and ongoing counseling to couples looking to establish a strong foundation, enhance their current relationship or heal from infidelity or other hardships. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey that is so uniquely yours!
