Hi, I’m Cantiese. I believe therapy is both a place to heal from the past and a space to intentionally shape your future. My work is grounded in the understanding that when we feel powerless, unseen, or overwhelmed, it affects every area of our lives — relationships, work, health, and even how we see ourselves.
Through my practice, Living My Worth, I help clients discover their voice, reclaim personal power, and experience deep self-love. My approach is both therapeutic and practical. We’ll work together to understand the root causes of what you’re facing while also building tools to create lasting change.
