As a therapist, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for anyone who seeks insight, balance and growth at their current stage in life. I work with teens, young adults and parents who may feel stuck during a life transition, or need better ways to cope with obstacles through cognitive techniques. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, as I focus on supporting my clients with the best skills and strategies that fit their specific needs. My specialities in include Stress Management, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, BIPOC/Racial Identity, Anxiety, Depression, and Grief and Loss.
I assist adolescents and adults (ages 11-45) with navigating difficult life transitions, building self-esteem, racial and cultural identity, managing anxiety, and overcoming relationship challenges. As a wife, mom, and youth advocate, empathy is one of my strengths. I also provide group facilitation, workshops, and consulting services.
Social work is my passion and I personally want to be your sounding board when no one else is listening. As a change agent, my goal is to help my clients gain clarity, peace of mind and hope for better days ahead. For some, this may be even closure and new beginnings. I really look forward to speaking with you, in hopes of establishing a strong partnership.
Note: I am practicing under the supervision of Ms. Olive Aneno, LCSW, MPH - Georgia License # CSW006578 .
