Clarity and Wellness is a mental health counseling practice located in the Bronx. We specialize in providing trauma-informed care to women of color. Our team of clinicians has extensive experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression, and other life stressors. We offer individual therapy, group therapy, and workshops focused on empowerment and self-care. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where our clients can heal and thrive. We want people of color, particularly women, who have experienced trauma to feel that they have a safe and inviting space, where they can feel listened to and understood. I work with clients to help them grow into being their best selves.
