I have a specialty in helping to create healing, empowerment, and transformative growth to those recovering from domestic/intimate partner violence (IPV), sexual abuse/assault, and community violence. I specialize in working with children and adults who have been witnesses to IPV. I also specialize in working with couples who are struggling with communication, intimacy (emotional and sexual), as well as sexuality and sexual issues (female sexuality and pleasure, sexual compulsion, porn addiction). Lastly, I work with women who are in search of recovery from postpartum depression as well as the need of support and clinical guidance of dealing with emotional and mental stress of uterine fibroids.
My goal in therapy is to create a safe, trusting, and healing environment where clients can share their most difficult life circumstances in the hopes to begin the healing process in their lives. I believe in empowering clients by sharing re-creating their stories in order to promote transformative growth.

*****Until further notice all sessions will be online due to the current coronavirus pandemic. Additionally depending on the time of day my little one will be with me during the sessions as he is home with me during the day.
