Description

What would it feel like to have someone help you navigate life’s challenges? Using an integrative approach, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand feelings of anxiety, sadness, frustration, and how to manage them. We discuss what you wish to get out of therapy and, using techniques from evidence-based approaches, work towards making sure you get the most out of our time together. I have experience working with those in transition, such as college students, early career professionals, career-changers, and new parents. I also have a specialized interest and experience in fertility/conception concerns and perinatal/postpartum mental health. My training includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Relational-Cultural Therapy. I pay special attention to how different identities may affect psychological concerns. I provide in-person and telehealth sessions in DC and Virginia and telehealth sessions for participation PSYPACT states.
