I have nearly 15 years of experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment to life transitions (relationship change, going away to college, marriage, motherhood, job change). Successful treatment begins with a positive, collaborative, therapeutic relationship where the client feels safe and supported. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to focus on helping clients improve insight and gain practical skills for overall better mental health and life satisfaction. I provide competent individualized treatments to every client who walks through my door.
