I am a licensed psychotherapist who provides therapy for high achieving successful women with anxiety. I help clients confront their perfectionism, learn time management skills, strengthen their leadership skills, develop effective decision making strategies, create boundaries, communicate effectively, cultivate healthy relationships, and ultimately decrease their anxiety. I've seen firsthand how prioritizing one's mental health can positively alter your level of success. I believe that it can do the same for you.
