As a counselor, I provide a person-centered approach building on a client’s strengths while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques. I can provide support and treatment with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief support, substance abuse and behavioral issues.
I specialize in working with women empowerment and adults on life changes, career stress, self-esteem and awareness. I enjoy helping patients move forward to the next stage in their lives. My only goal is to help my clients to become autonomous, identify who they are and become the best version of themselves.
