Description
I support Black women worn down by responsibility, offering grounded, nurturing tools to restore rhythm, ease stress, and navigate life transitions.
My name is C’aira Neal, MA, LCPC, NCC. I approach therapy as a healing and educational process that supports spiritual, mental, and emotional growth. My work focuses on supporting Black women in reconnecting with themselves after long periods of caregiving, high responsibility, or emotional fatigue.
I view therapy as a space for reflection, meaning-making, and increased self-awareness. Together, we explore how early experiences, cultural values, and generational patterns influence present-day stress, relationships, and self-concept. I offer a supportive environment to process life transitions, examine relational dynamics, and reconnect with personal values, boundaries, and emotional needs.
My approach is primarily humanistic and person-centered, with existential and Gestalt influences. I also integrate evidence-based cognitive and choice-focused strategies to support emotional regulation, clarity, and sustainable coping. I am attentive to the ways culture, spirituality, and the body hold stress and shape healing.
I believe healing is an ongoing process of growth and reconnection, and I am honored to support clients seeking grounding, clarity, and a more intentional way of living.
I offer virtual therapy sessions with structured weekly availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays including LateMorning/Afternoon hours.
