They offer a culturally affirming, trauma-informed, mind-body approach for people who need to reset from shame, blame, or negativity; who want to increase their confidence and self-esteem; who want to heal from difficult experiences; who want to get unstuck; who want to find connection with others; who want to find their voice and find peace.
C.J. uses an eclectic narrative approach that draws from other evidence-based therapies, as well as here-and-now activities that might utilize art, mindfulness, play, writing, drama and body-based interventions.
