Dr. Bryanna Campbell is a licensed psychologist who has extensive experience working with adults who are learning to adjust, navigate, and cope with the concerns of everyday life.

Dr. Campbell seeks to help clients learn to foster healthy relationships with themselves and others, provide nonjudgmental support and empathy, and to help clients to feel empowered in their ability to understand themselves and make improvements in their lives. Dr. Campbell approaches therapy with a style that emphasizes her warmth and humor, and she enjoys helping others feel empowered to be their most authentic selves. Dr. Campbell deeply values authentic and meaningful connections and strives to create a more inclusive narrative of what therapy and healing can look like.

Dr. Campbell understands that there is no "one-size fits all" approach to therapy, so she implements an integrative approach that can be described as interpersonally based with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) interventions incorporated.

Dr. Campbell values working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and she also values cultural awareness and humility. She utilizes a client-centered approach in developing authentic rapport and treating all of her clients. Dr. Campbell holds respect for research in the realm of mental health and applies evidence-based therapeutic models in her practice. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and interpersonal functioning as well as concerns regarding racial identity and socialization, and family of origin concerns including adult children of divorce. Dr. Campbell holds a special interest in working with people of color as well as adult children of immigrants.
