I am a therapist with my own experience of going to therapy. My services are offered completely online. I know how vulnerable it can be & I will work to help you feel comfortable, relaxed, & just be yourself. Healing will happen when you allow yourself to relax & process your struggles. I help my clients make sense mother daughter trauma, parenting teen girls, women's friendships, and workplace stress.
