Hello! My name is Brittany, and my approach to therapy is one that's collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally intentional, spiritually integrated, inclusive, and justice-oriented. I take into consideration your lived experiences and identity for an individualized care plan that’s perfect to your needs. You will find that I'm prepared to handle both emotional and spiritual needs, as I've received my clinical education from Baylor University's Master of Social Work Program, and currently am also receiving pastoral education from Texas Christian University's Master of Divinity program.

My specialization is in the offering of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a psycho-social intervention that treats mental health conditions by reshaping the way you think and behave. However, I also provide pastoral counseling as a service to individuals who feel that an integration of theology and psychology would be more fitting to their holistic needs.

My value towards the genuine care of all people, fuels the work that I perform as a Mental Health and Pastoral Therapist, of which I am super thankful to have taken space within this field of practice and am eager to help my clients to find the truest and healthiest versions of themselves. It is my hope that you will allow me to walk alongside you in that journey.
