I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (SW#18348) located in the state of Florida. I am the owner of B N Therapy Solutions LLC, where I provide individual counseling services and consultations for mental health concerns.
I graduated from Florida International University with a Master of Social Work degree. I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a Minor in Religious Studies and a certification in Women and Gender Studies. I am certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga practice and incorporates mindfulness practice to teach healthy coping skills to clients.
The majority of my practice focuses on empowering clients to overcome issues surrounding depression, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and interpersonal relationship concerns.
My approach is composed of a broad range of therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , motivational interviewing, and the practice of mindfulness to assist clients towards reaching their therapeutic goals. My belief is that by fostering a safe therapeutic alliance with clients I can assist clients towards growth and healing.
