I apply an Integrative Therapy Approach with each client-centered session which encompasses Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy techniques. As a trauma-informed therapist, I bring 9 years of experience supporting individuals as they process some of their most stressful life events and moments.
Life is full of variables which cause inextricable beauty and pain to co-exist. As a student of life and purpose, I have committed to ever-increasing my capacity to radically accept beauty while still acknowledging pain’s reality so that I may be a healer for others.
