Brittany believes that the act of meeting people right where they are creates a sacred space, which allows the client to take ownership of the therapeutic process. I also believe that we are already equipped with every tool necessary to overcome obstacles, and I aim to support clients as they uncover these tools. With an inviting, safe, and confidential atmosphere clients will begin their journey to healing.
Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the State of Tennessee and has a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee.
In the past, I have worked in multiple settings that addressed life transitions for adults, women, and children. My experience also includes counseling individuals with an extensive history of complex trauma, severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
