Oh wow! What a privilege it is that you're considering me as your therapist! I want to say, whether you choose me or not, you've just made one of the most important investments of your life. An investment into yourself. It's okay, you can take a sigh of relief. Your world is about to change for the better. I am here to help you work through your concerns/issues, through a deep sense of understanding and empathy.
I am a nationally certified and licensed associate counselor. I enjoy using trauma focused- cognitive behavioral therapy for my clients struggling with trauma. However, I'm very opened to using different modalities based on my clients' needs. I also work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, racial trauma and identity.
