My approach centers on providing practical skills and supportive tools to help clients navigate life’s challenges while discovering new ways to create peace, balance, and fulfillment.
I work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, negative thought patterns, cycles of toxic relationships, work-life balance, and relational challenges. I believe therapy is an opportunity to shift perspective, from hurt to healing and from pain to power.
I create a safe and affirming space where clients can show up as their authentic selves. I draw on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to tailor my work to each client’s unique needs and goals.
