Hi, my name is Brittanie!

I am so glad you're here. Seeking a therapist takes courage, strength, and vulnerability, so I applaud you for taking such a brave step! (YAY!)

Your journey to healing and self-discovery is just beginning. Take a moment to breathe deeply and remind yourself that you are deserving of grace and compassion.

I am a Christian counselor that counsels from a Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. This type of evidence-based treatment offers a working alliance that fosters change through empowerment, trust, compassion, and collaboration.

Together, we will work towards understanding the root causes of your challenges and develop coping strategies that work best for you.

As your therapist, I want to assure you that I will:

- Provide an accepting atmosphere - free of judgement.

- Sit with you through uncomfortable moments.

- Help you manage difficult emotions.

- Walk with you through hard seasons of life.

- Encourage you to release burdens you were never meant to carry alone.

My hope is that you check out my website and/or contact me if you have further questions about my therapeutic style and approach.

Remember, you are not alone and seeking help is a courageous step towards a healthier, happier life.

All the best,

Brittanie Gray, MS, LPC
