Hi, I’m Brittanie — I’m really glad you’re here.

Starting therapy isn’t easy. It takes self-awareness, vulnerability, and a lot of courage — and I want to honor you for taking this step.

I specialize in working with women who are high-functioning but emotionally exhausted. My clients are often the strong ones in their circles — thoughtful, self-aware, and incredibly capable — but underneath the surface, they’re navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional neglect, or cycles of overthinking and over-functioning. They’re the ones who keep it all together but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly unraveling.

My approach is warm, reflective, and deeply collaborative. I use practical tools, intentional questions, and what I call “soul work” assignments to help you gain clarity, process what’s heavy, and move forward with more peace and alignment. Therapy with me is less about quick fixes and more about sustainable inner work that honors your story, your values, and your emotional capacity.

As a trauma-informed and culturally aware Christian therapist, I offer faith integration for clients who desire it. Some clients are deeply intentional about weaving their faith into sessions, while others simply appreciate knowing that their therapist shares similar values. It’s never one-size-fits-all — we’ll tailor the process to what feels most supportive and authentic to you.

As your therapist, I will:

Hold space for your full self — the strong parts, the tender parts, and everything in between
Help you sit with what’s uncomfortable instead of pushing it down
Guide you in naming what’s actually going on beneath the surface
Support you in building tools and rhythms that reflect the life you truly want
Walk with you — not ahead of you or above you — as you untangle what’s been weighing you down
You don’t have to carry this alone. Let’s do the soul work, together.

Feel free to explore my website or reach out if you have questions about working together. Wherever you are in your process — this is a brave first step.

Warmly,
Brittanie Gray, MS, LPC
