I specialize in helping clients work through issues of depression, anxiety, low self esteem and confidence, relational challenges, poor communication, and challenging life transitions. I take an integrated approach to therapy by using a wide range of therapeutic approaches to help clients address and navigate their individual therapeutic concerns and needs.
My therapeutic approaches include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Multicultural/Culturally-Sensitive Therapy.
