I'm Brianna, and I specialize in helping Millennials to ditch the shame and guilt of childhood trauma and to build the confidence and self-esteem needed to kick toxic friends and family to the curb.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of North Carolina and Virginia. Years of work as a crisis provider and intensive in-home therapist for at-risk youth inspired me to seek therapy to address my own unmet needs from childhood. Since then I have dedicated my career to helping others achieve their own healing from their past trauma. As a Black, Queer, Millennial therapist, I am passionate about providing relatable therapy to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ Millennials. However, I greatly enjoy working with people of all ages and identities who are ready to stop people pleasing people who will never be pleased.
