Description

My heart’s work is to be a resource for young Black girls and Black women. When asked what kind of therapist I am, in addition to being the human-kind… I am the kind of therapist that I needed as a young Black woman, someone that is supportive, holds space without judgment, and of course… keeps it real.

As your therapist, our work is collaborative, explorative, and intuitive. I believe that we are all-knowing, all-powerful, and all-healing beings. However, life also throw us obstacles and challenges that makes us forget or doubt these “knowings”. With that being said, this can conflict and impact the ways in which we view ourselves, others, and the world as a whole. As you take the courageous steps to begin your unique healing journey, we will explore the narratives of your life and move towards a journey of self-inquiry, compassion, and ultimate healing.

My work and advocacy are centered on intergenerational trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, relationship, community, and overall wellness.
Through mindfulness, embodiment, and relational process, my integrative and holistic approach combines clinical knowledge with spiritual and mindfulness-based healing modalities. I bring intention and attention to my work with clients through a vessel of transparency, empathy, compassion, and connection, empowering individuals to become fully aware of who they are and what they need to achieve optimal well-being.

Your healing is your own…may you be selfish with it,

Love & Light
