Sometimes the patterns and habits we’ve become accustomed to are no longer useful to us anymore. Some never were. It’s time to challenge those negative thoughts and beliefs and live a life that reflects who you truly are. As a therapist for over 20 years I have had the opportunity to use my training to support individuals in my community. Helping people develop strength, courage and understanding of themselves and realizing their full potential. I enjoy working with adults that are looking to make changes and improve their lives.
