Are you ready to make a change in your life but don’t know where to start? Do you want to strengthen your personal relationships, intimate or otherwise? Are you seeking help navigating life transitions and the stresses that come along with them? I help individuals and couples navigate major life transitions, heal trauma, and learn to live life more abundantly. Together we will work to let go of guilt and shame and turn towards a more complete and fulfilling life.
I am a trained mental health practitioner with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Georgia State University and a Master of Divinity from Mercer University. I have completed training in the ARC model (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) for trauma informed care, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and various substance use treatment curricula. I have experience teaching DBT skills and facilitating group therapy for adolescents and young adults, aged 13-25.
I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy to assist couples in working through unhelpful relationship dynamics. Using the principles built from decades of research, we can fortify ailing relationships and improve relationships that are already successful.
I aim to provide services to a diverse population (all gender identities, all sexual orientations, all religious/spiritual backgrounds).
Your experience in therapy is individual to you and your needs. I strive to provide curated care for each person who enters my office. I am seeking motivated individuals with the drive to make positive change in their lives. My clinical approach can be described as client-centered, honest, and supportive.
If any of this resonates with you, we may be a great match! Reach out via phone or email to schedule a 15-minute consultation today.
