Hello my name is Briana (Bri) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; you might also call me a self-love advocate. My style of therapy is systemic, collaborative and empathy-driven. I aim to create a safe space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts and aspirations towards any challenges you may be facing. I am passionate about mental health and helping individuals create lives that facilitate growth and wellness.
I help clients who want to feel grounded and whole again but are buried under stress, trauma and life experiences. I guide them through the challenging but meaningful and cathartic process of becoming our authentic selves. I know from my own path to wellness that it can be difficult to hold ourselves accountable to wanting more and how truly fulfilling it can be.
