My goal as your therapist is to help you develop skills to live a more fulfilling and present life. I do this by helping my clients develop an understanding of how their thoughts, feelings, and actions influence each other. I specialize in working with women who are ready to heal from traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, and anger. I enjoy helping clients strengthen their interpersonal communication skills by learning how to express their emotions and assert themselves, especially during difficult situations.
I use a blend of therapeutic techniques and interventions to support my clients. My therapy strengths include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - an effective therapy module used to treat trauma. Clients describe me as down-to-earth, attentive, direct, and open-minded.
