People are multi-faceted, so to quantify you as a singular entity wouldn't do you justice. I have a "come as you are approach." The common thread that connects all clients is a need for help and an attempt or create change in their lives. If you identify with those two things, then this is the right place for you! I specialize is authenticity and using creative arts therapist, specifically body based and dance/movement to promote healing and change. I also use a myriad of theoretical approaches such as CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, Internal Family Systems, and ARC model as interventions in the therapeutic process.
