There will always be experiences in life that are a struggle. Even with all life’s curveballs and devastation you deserve to feel good about yourself and your relationships. My goal is to assist individuals and couples in self-exploration, understanding why experiences and people impact you in the way they do. I want to help you recognize the deeper you and vulnerabilities that at times may impact you to feel sad, stressed, angry, anxious, and tired. My ideal clients are couples or individuals suffering from depression, grief, anxiety self doubt, issues related to sex and intimacy, and relationship problems.
