Description
I help women heal their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and food so they can live with greater confidence, balance, and self-trust.
Many women come to therapy feeling disconnected from their bodies, carrying shame from past experiences, and tying their worth to productivity, appearance, or how others treat them. You may feel stuck in cycles of emotional eating, restrictive behaviors, binge eating, or constant self-criticism. You might look successful on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure of who you are beneath it all.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we learn to understand ourselves with compassion rather than judgment. I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, redefining womanhood on their own terms, and creating sustainable balance without self-abandonment.
I use an integrative, mind-body approach to therapy, meaning we focus on both emotional insight and the body’s role in holding stress, trauma, and survival patterns. Sessions are collaborative, paced, and grounded in nervous system awareness. Together, we work to strengthen body connection, build self-trust, and develop tools that support long-term healing.
I specialize in:
-Body image concerns and low self-worth
-Healing disordered eating, including emotional eating, restrictive eating, and binge eating
-Reconnecting with the body after trauma or chronic stress
-Building confidence, balance, and self-compassion
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, minimize your pain, or have it all figured out. We begin where you are and move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
You are capable of living a liberated life—one grounded in presence, care, and trust in yourself. You do not have to do this alone.
If you’re ready to begin healing your relationship with your body and yourself, I invite you to reach out.
