I am passionate about helping others discover their strengths to navigate the challenges in life. In therapy, clients learn new skills to deal with the changes that come in life and rediscover their ability to create solutions to fit their world. I enjoy collaborating with clients to foster self awareness and empower them in their journey. I work with clients to identify triggers as well as establish healthy habits to take care of themselves and their families.
My experience in mental health has allowed me to assist clients struggling with depression, anxiety, impulsivity, substance use, and self esteem issues in group and/ or individual therapy. My experience with teaching nutrition and mindful eating allows me to assist clients with behavior and lifestyle change to manage weight and create healthy habits.
