G.R.O.W.T.H. stands for Genuinely Realizing Our Worth through Healing. Transitions in life can be a very emotional and sometimes painful process. Adjusting to change and embracing a new way of life can be hard to come to terms with. I want to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and how they impact the life you live today. As part of my clinical journey, I enjoy assisting individuals, families, and couples with identifying healthy ways to heal as they work through life changes. As a therapist and a real no-nonsense person, I offer a non-judgmental safe space to encourage personal growth and healing. I have experience working with relational issues as well as common mental health concerns. I have notable experience working with sex-workers as well as other diverse populations. I am passionate about what I do and want to be that support to help you when you feel you cannot help yourself.
