Do you constantly find yourself replaying painful memories in your head, or feel overwhelmed with fears and worries about the future? Has the cycle of addiction made it difficult to live a life worth living? It would be my pleasure to join you on your journey to healing.

If you or your teen are struggling with problems sleeping, anxiety, trauma, depression, major life transitions, or ending the cycle of addiction, I can help using evidence-based techniques like CBT, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT-i (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia), and other brain-based strategies.
