I am an experienced therapist, researcher, consultant, coach, and trainer who has been in the mental health field for more than 10 years. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. I have also worked with a wide range of children, adolescents, adults, and families with multiple cultural backgrounds.
The journey of therapy can be mysterious as it combines revealing, healing, and building. Through therapy, self-discovery is a process of revealing and accepting who you are. When you acknowledge and embrace what has happened or is happening, you are able start healing.
