Description
Being a Black girl often means carrying more than what’s seen—expectations, responsibilities, silence, strength that’s demanded instead of chosen. In session, you don’t have to explain your culture, minimize your feelings, or be “strong” for anyone else.
Therapy is a place where your whole self is welcome: your joy, your anger, your confusion, your dreams, your softness. We honor the realities of being a Black girl navigating family, school, friendships, identity, colorism, racism, social media, and the pressure to be perfect while feeling invisible.
In our work together, we focus on:
• Building emotional safety and self-trust
• Developing healthy boundaries and confidence
• Processing anxiety, sadness, anger, or trauma
• Exploring identity, self-worth, and belonging
• Learning tools to cope, rest, and heal—without guilt
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about supporting you, listening deeply, and helping you reconnect with who you are beyond survival mode.
You deserve care that sees you, understands you, and affirms you.
You deserve a space where you can breathe.
In this room, you belong. 🤎
