My passion is helping people become and maintain the best versions of themselves. I achieve this by creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all clients. My goal is to assist you in developing and utilizing coping skills, while working toward your personal goals, and establishing and maintaining self-care regiments and mental health.
I have experience in group therapy, CBT, behavioral issues and anxiety in adolescents and adults. Depression, work-life balance, peer relationships, self esteem coaching, racial identity, relationships, stress, and womxn’s issues. Along with experience with outpatient therapy, and inpatient, residential and partial hospitalization levels of care.
Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery and in our sessions, I aim to create a healthy rapport with clients, free of bias and judgment.
