Description

Healing is a journey. It is a necessary art that helps us develop self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love. Once we start to realize that healing is a lifelong process and not a destination, we begin to embrace the journey and the wins that come with it, as well as our true, authentic selves. At times, we might feel lost on where to start or where to go. I like to think of therapy as a vehicle for healing with you as the driver. Allow me to help you navigate through your journey.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I am passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and adults from ages 13-45 de-stigmatize mental health to seek treatment to address various issues. These include mood disorders, anxiety, peer/dating relationship issues, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered therapy for my clients’ treatment.

My goal is to help you begin the healing process and implement personalized coping skills to overcome life and self-imposed obstacles. We can work together to transcend wellness!
