Description
You might feel like no one truly understands what you’re going through. That’s why having a supportive place for your story to be heard matters. I’m thankful we’ve connected here, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you with compassion and care.
I’m Aysha DeSilva, a licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in anxiety and stress, depression, breakups and separations, family conflict, people-pleasing patterns, cultural identity concerns, and trauma. Whatever brings you here, know that you don’t have to face it alone.
In my practice, I meet clients from all walks of life, but I have a special place in my heart for working with women of color, first-generation individuals, immigrants, and people with disabilities. I welcome all marginalized communities and provide room for you to be seen and heard.
My approach is warm, gentle, and compassionate. I use Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care.
If this feels like a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. Virtual sessions are available in over 30 states through PSYPACT.
