My name is Audrey and know what's like to juggle a lot of important things at once. I help my clients design a life that they love. I am passionate about working with women to work through childhood trauma,mother wound issues ,low self-esteem and feel more comfortable with achieving,setting boundaries, making self care a priority and more confident in being themselves. Anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed can feel like too much to handle.
These are challenging times especially for women. It's time to stop feeling like an imposter at work and/or get out of feelings of overwhelm, manage work and life balance, and developing healthy relationships. I want to help you through it.

It's not always easy to connect via Tele mental health but clients say I'm compassionate and easy to talk to. I apply a strengths-based approach for my clients as well as share soulful selfcare practices. I have found that each client I work with has more to offer than they realize.
